We’ve stayed in Campaniles many...

Liked: Rooms were getting a little run down and dated, but were clean and tidy. Reception area was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We chose a Campanile because we knew they had their own restaurant. We were arriving Sunday evening. When we arrived we were told that the restaurant was not open at the weekends. The hotel is sited a long way from the town. Nowhere to eat nearby. There is an automated Pizza machine on site, but it was empty.

We won’t be back and...

Liked: Lovely staff, good breakfast. The room was not the one I ordered. The carpet was dirty, the paint and plaster was peeling off. It needed a deep clean. We had visited a campanile about twenty years ago and it was delightful. This place bore no resemblance. We should have left on seeing our room.
Disliked: It could have been much cleaner and more inviting. It was grubby.
