Liked: Perfect location for what we wanted and was good for the price we paid.
Disliked: The room was very hot. There looked like renovation work was ongoing and some things were unfinished in the room.

Liked: I booked a room with 2 beds. They gave us a room that wasn't cleaned, then gave us a room that had a double bed, on the third time we got a room with 2 beds on wheels that couldn't lock so we rolled around every time we sat on the beds. The hotel is under renovation currently and there is NO A/C. I knew that the hotel was under renovation but NOT that there would be NO A/C in August. Thankfully it was a cool night (15C) and we could sleep with the window open although really noisy. The hotel told me Booking.com should have told me there was no A/C but I didn't know. We only stayed one night. Our room had been upgraded and the bathroom and beds were nice (despite the rolling). With the mess up of our room and we having to go back 3 times, I would have liked an apology but got nothing.

Liked: Really convenient to stay when you go to events in the Hippodrome:)The room was clean, modern and had coffee and tea. For Paris standards really recommended. Don’t forget to go for a walk in the park next door, which is two times the size of Central Park.

Disliked: I booked the suite with AC , but the air conditioner is not working, the weather was so hot and the staying in room was so uncomfortable with hot weather

Misinformative Hotel in Facilities

Liked: Breakfast was good. Cheese variety esspecially.
Disliked: In booking.com reservation page the hotel reflects facilities as air condition. Unfortunately the hotel do not have any air conditioning either in rooms or in common areas including restaurant. When I try to raise this their response was simply we do not hava AC and thats it. They have not tried to offer any solution they simply cut off the conversation. I have mailed them wrote through messages section in my booking but no reply. Franlky value for monay is below zero. My room was looking to the street side meaning that openin the window resulted with no nights sleep due to constant noise out side.
