Unsafe area, tiny rooms.
Liked: Hoche station right down at the corner.
Disliked: I would not recommend it, especially for families. The location feels unsafe, and we never felt comfortable walking around with our children. The rooms are extremely small. I booked a family room for 4 well in advance, but upon arrival we were told (without any prior notice) that due to “refurbishments” they had split us into two separate rooms. This meant my wife had to stay with one of our kids in one room, and I had to stay with the other in another room — completely ruining the family experience.On top of that, the TV in one of the rooms didn’t work because the batteries in the remote were dead, and the staff had no solution or replacement for us.The only positive was the breakfast — it was overall good with a decent selection, but be aware that you need to boil your own eggs, which might be inconvenient for some guests.Overall, an unsafe area, misleading booking, tiny rooms, and poor service. Definitely not family-friendly

Average.never again!!
Liked: No water the first day. The second day there was Eén announcement that there would be no power from 9 till 19:00 hours. Which did not happen. The friendly peet rule were too strict

Pleasant stay
Liked: The room was a normal size for any low star hotel in Europe, just enough. The beds were very comfortable and there was no noise heard from other guests or street since our room was on the other side of the building. The staff at the reception was friendly and helped out with our requests. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel on our last day (no extra charge).
Disliked: The kettle in our room wasn't working but the staff provided us with boiling water. The neighbourhood is kind of sketchy but the metro is literally in front of the hotel so even if you're alone, it'll be okay. I was coming back alone from Stray Kids and was literally at the hotel in 2min and no one approached me. (just whip your lightstick around :))
