Liked: Nice area, close to metro, there is a supermarket 2 mins walk. The room was clean and nice. I asked for a quite room at reception and the guy who worked that day very kindly found a nice quite room for me. Overall it was very good, would be happy to be back!

Liked: The location was good but other things
Disliked: The toilet was stained. The bedsheets and the floor were dirty with some hairs remaining on them. During our stay, there was no electricity for an entire day. We were on the third floor, and the elevator was out of service, making it extremely inconvenient to go up and down, especially in the heat. They had promised that if the issue couldn’t be fixed, we would receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, this turned out to be just a promise, we have not received a single cent back.Imagine being on a trip and not even having a place to charge your phone for a whole day!As “compensation,” they offered us a free breakfast. We initially declined, but they insisted, saying we could take a coffee and a small piece of cake to go, and that the refund would still be issued. In the end, they failed to deliver on their promise and even ignored my follow-up message asking for the refund.

Liked: The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly . Also the room and bathroom were big.
Disliked: My partner said the bed was a bit hard. For me was good though.
