Good rooms for an affordable...

Exceptional

A very pleasant stay, good...

Liked: The location was perfect, 2 min from the metro which brings you in the centre in 20 min. The room is spacious, clean, the bed very comfortable. I will come back for sure!
Disliked: The smell in the bathroom from the drains. Maybe it is a general problem because of the Seine, but the drains could be cleaned from the residue which blocks the easy flow of water down the drains.

Liked: The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke English so we could understand them clearly. The 3 receptionists on duty from the 17th to 20th, when we stayed, answered our questions politely and helped with directions to the attractions. Shelly, in the dining room, was very helpful as well. The rooms were very clean, and kudos to the cleaners, too. Also loved the fact that you could have dinner and your choice of courses at the hotel, which was good for your pocket.
Disliked: The lift needs to be serviced more to avoid being stuck.

Pay for the larger room....

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept. However, our first room was so tiny we were quite uncomfortable. We paid an extra 20 Euro per night for a much larger room and were quite comfortable there.
Disliked: The in-house breakfast was quite expensive and not good value. Fruit in fruit salad was mostly unripe apples. Juices were from concentrate. Coffee came from a machine. Location of the hotel was quite distant from Paris' main attractions but the neighbourhood was well serviced by Metro and had some interesting stores and restaurants.
