Liked: The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, they made our stay memorable! The location is very accessible, and the restaurant was also really good.

Liked: The breakfast is excellent. Room on which I stayed was small, clean and cozy. Everything is brand new. Bed was big, bathroom was enough and have everything you need.You have good connection with the city, and lots of market and restaurants around the hotel.

Good for one night but...

Liked: The bed is comfy and the room was a good size. The shower was good and there were plenty of towels and things you'd need. Good coffee and tea set up in the room! The hotel lobby area looked beautiful and always had a live band at night. I didn't eat at the hotel but they had a large dining area that looked very good. The staff were really lovely and very friendly - great when checking in and for any requests.
Disliked: The facilities are just "okay". The bathroom felt pretty old and the body wash was in a bag on the side of the tub, no longer attached to the wall. Decently clean (not overly dirty) and all appliances felt dated. The AC was not actually AC (even if you moved the switch) and simply blasted hot air into the room - we eventually opened windows but had to wait until the sun went down as the sun streamed into the room and heated it a LOT if the blinds were open (to allow wind in). Overall, a good place but not stunning. I wouldn't say it was great for the cost (ibis was a similar price). Area is okay but not the best.

Great value for money, would...

Liked: Clean, comfortable and good value for moneyFantastic friendly staff.
Disliked: Location was a little bit sketchy at night time and internet was unusable as it was consistently dropping out.

Very good

Liked: The room assigned to me was spacious and clean. It has almost all the essentials minus the usual toiletries, but I brought my own so that's not really a problem. Selection of breakfast is also good!
Disliked: The room I was assigned to was under the outside building lights, so even if I pulled the curtain close it's still bright in the room.
