Liked: Clean rooms. Perfect location for a hotel for a one night stay when travelling to the South.

Failed stay

Liked: Nothing. The man on reception had no idea how to treat guests or handle a problem or query. The young lady at reception was the only one who treated you with care and respect. It's a shame the others are not the same
Disliked: The cleanliness and the care into the hotel is not what it used to be. The house keeping needs to be sorted out and how they deal with problems.Not good .I am still waiting for a refund for a one night stay we didn't have. Promised to me by the manager. the poor service starts at the top and works it's way down. We have stayed at this hotel many times ,but have noticed the change over the last few stays.
