Decent as expected. Really really...

Liked: Staff was great, Marilou was extremely helpful getting us an extra room upon arrival and she did a great job recommending places to visit and eat at around town.
Disliked: Rooms feel humid so I had to leave the windows open all the time and there were at times a very faint humid smell in the bathroom.

Liked: Decent room, good wifi
Disliked: The trams start a little early, so there is noise. The breakfast is functional - a fair selection, though the scrambled egg was a bit cold! it is a bit out of the centre, though well connected on the tram

Liked: The facilities are good and the breakfast is very good.
Disliked: The parking lots in the area are open, and anyone can damage your car. Find a good spot.

Liked: The location. It's near train and subway.
Disliked: I had a charge on my credit card before my arrival and even sending message to the hotel, I didn't have any return. The hotel didn't answer me. I had to talk with my credit card issuer. A complete lack of commitment with the costumer.
