VISITORS BEWARE - DIRTY BEYOND...

Liked: it was where it was supposed to be.The hot water was hot.
Disliked: BATHROOMStep up into the bath very high (I am 5'8", and struggled, my wife 5'0" almost couldn't get in!!!)No mat for the bath, even though the sign said ask and you will receive!Shower curtain dirtyDoor to room stainedBEDROOMNo mirror where the hair dryer was (and cord too short to reach the nearest one in the bathroom.Very dark where the hairdryer was.MASSIVE cobwebs in the corner where the shutter mechanism isCobwebs and copious amounts of dust/dirt build up in the wall lightsCover missing from an electrical junction, with the wire holding the TV in place hovering over it!BEDMattress had springs poking through on one sideMattress had urine stainsQuilt had urine and blood stainsBed only had a shelf one side of the bed, other side had nothingThe quality of cleanliness in the room was shocking, when we complained to the receptionist on our day of arrival, she shrugged her shoulders and said it was housekeeping's problem, but wasn't interested in taking details of our room in order to rectify the issue, and no chance of changing our room.We certainly will not be using this venue for anything again.

Liked: Great location, nice an quiet, rooms are ideal for what you need.
Disliked: Could do with a small fridge for milk and food and a fan in the rooms for the warmer months, one staff member seems to be continually rude though, stayed a couple of times now and she has been rude both times. And had an accusation thrown at us by cleaning staff who where quite aggressive, if only they where as aggressive with the cleaning…

Liked: Receptionist was friendly
Disliked: Arrived, room was absolutely filthy. Bed hadnt been made from the last people who stayed (so the used bedding was on the bed and the duvet was thrown on the floor as shown in pictures). Brown stains on the carpet, Toilet hadnt been cleaned, Shower+sink had brown stains all in it. Didnt even stay an hour.
