Good value and comfort

Liked: Great value. Location was excellent for those doing a cycling tour along the Seine. Regarding biking, I was able to bring my bike into the room. Secure storage is also available. Room was comfortable and shower was excellent (with two shower heads to choose from). Staff spoke excellent English and were uniformly welcoming. Breakfast buffet had varied options (including vegetarian, fewer vegan) and was, for me, worth the extra cost.
Disliked: It wasn't an issue when I stayed but be aware the room does not have AC. A desk fan is provided which I felt was adequate for cooling.

Very average will not be...

Liked: The breakfast, beds were clean and firm, staff friendly
Disliked: It felt like a camp, the rooms were small, walls very thin, no shampoo provided, and it's probably only convenient for people looking for a place to stay as it's just off the highway.

Liked: Not much. Lobby and eating area were very nice.
Disliked: The rooms were run down. Our room needed maintenance. Lock on bathroom door did not function properly locking my wife in bathroom. Toilet seat was totally loose. Power outage at 6 am. The staff was very helpful with fixing different things.
