Liked: Location was great. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Very helpful.
Disliked: Shower could had anti slip mat maybe

Liked: Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Staff were rude and the coffee machine and juice did not work at breakfast.

Liked: Functional, clean, parking and breakfast were convenient
Disliked: Broken air con in both rooms and hairdryer in mine - the room didn’t have many more facilities to offer in the first place! It was 30 degrees on our first day

Liked: The hotel was fine, with tea and coffee in the room.
Disliked: May just have been time of year/day of week, but difficult to find a place for dinner near by - the hotel restaurant was closed on the night we were there

Liked: Pleasant staff. Good rooms. Clean environment. Comfortable beds Safe surroundings.
Disliked: For safety, a bath mat most be provided, especially for the elderly. Lack of a fridge. A bit late to book-in for travellers. The absence of a restaurant for lunch and dinner, especially as there are none nearby.
