Good experience overall, I’d stay...

Liked: The room was pretty decent, the staff were friendly, and the bed was comfy. The Wi-Fi worked well too.
Disliked: The exterior looks pretty grubby and there aren’t many amenities in the immediate vicinity, but I knew what I was getting when I booked this.

Disliked: no luft, with 3 kids going from outside to 3rd floor is safety isk as well

Disliked: I had reserved & paid for a standard room - 1 queen bed 1 bunk bed. Upon check in it was a standard double, asked help desk but they advised no rooms are available and the in charge from previous shift arranged all this. It was extremely inconvenient for us to manage and not able to sleep properly. I have been staying at Campanile hotel chain frequently and never experienced this. Then, there was no lift and we were offered rooms at the highest floor, very inconvenient with luggage for families and picking kids up. How is the hotel planning to compensate?We also arrived late but pre-informed much earlier of this.

Liked: The room was clean. The attached bathroom was also clean. The room heating worked fine. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and friendly. The property seems to be secure, with a high fence all around. The fence also encloses a large parking area.
Disliked: The breakfast spread was fine, but still, for me, it was not worth the Eur. 16 they charge per person per day. Eur. 10 would have been correct.The room was small, but I expected that when I reserved it. The property is located close to a very busy road, and the road noise disturbed my sleep all night. The front side of the room has a glass window, which looks out on the passageway outside that everyone uses. So, to have any privacy, you need to keep the shutter of the window down all the way. (There is a curtain inside, but it is very light and translucent.)

Disliked: Everything staff so rude we pay for breakfast and dinner but I ever experience that kind bad service 1 day we took dinner was just 2 dish nd salad 2 day was no dinner for us when we went 7 :45 pm the guy said no dinner for you then we ask him to check out booking then he said oh I didn’t see it but nothing to give coz we didn’t prepare any dinner today it was so so bad situation it was out Honeymoon trip I would appreciate if booking. Com and get me back my money what paid for halfbord since we didn’t eat anything
