Liked: I loved my stay with Camille and Adrien. Communication was brilliant and they made me feel very welcome. They went above and beyond booking a taxi to and from a wedding I was attending. I would absolutely recommend a stay with them and would love to come back one day!

Liked: Good breakfast. It is good location if you travel by train or bus
Disliked: If your room on 4th floor you must lift your luggage from 3th floor

Disliked: 1st floor RHS corridor area and our room (believe not only) persisted permanent oily stink, we could not get proper sleep, hotel management must do something about it

Liked: Some staff are professional and courteous and it’s a pleasure dealing with them, such as the lady mid-40s who was training a young guy during May, or such as Georgina
Disliked: Some other staff need better training on customer service. Nothing serious but a few encounters like asking me why I need the key leaflet when I just received the key hand to hand, or asking me to “see with my colleague tomorrow because I have a headache”.

Disliked: I come here pretty often, and 3 out of 4 times my room key gets deactivated during my trip. It’s pretty annoying because it’s obviously happening in front of the room, so I have to get down to the reception and fix it..
