Liked: It was close to centre and to station
Disliked: Wet floor from leaky shower which we reported twice. Very small room. Requested room to be serviced each day but only happened once.

Liked: Great location right next to the station and bus station. Short walk to the old town and lake. Staff very friendly and room comfortable.
Disliked: Not enough milk for drinks. Asked and given just 4 mini cartons, not enough to whiten the coffee.Breakfast option too expensive, cheaper to walk to nearby coffee shops for coffee and croissants etc.

Disliked: The bathroom was filthy, I had to ask 3 times to get it cleaned; clearly the maids are under-staffed and can't manage to clean all the rooms.

Excellent large room with good facilities, this is a great place to stay for a few days and is good.

Liked: Buffet breakfast was good although space was limited in the dining area. Excellent location in the centre but quiet surroundings in the evening. The staff in Reception were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: N/A
