Beautiful hotel

Liked: This hotel was beautifully designed, with a lobby that resembled an art museum. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The room was clean, included a safe, and the bathroom was well stocked. The surrounding neighborhood felt lively but safe and the hotel was close to several attractions (like the Museo Nacional de Antropología). I would recommend staying here!

Great place, excellent pool, dated...

Liked: The pool was fantastic, best one I could find in Polanco. You must book a suite to have access to it. Suite was very spacious and extremely clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The property is pretty dated, I'd guess it was last done in early 90's. It could definitely use an update. Check in was complicated and had very long line.
