Liked: El hotel es precioso
Disliked: Las camas son terribles

The hotel is a jewel...

Liked: The architecture, very kind staff, location, food options.
Disliked: Unfortunately the dust and pollution end up covering the exterior walls curtains and carpeting. Also the ventilation system is overwhelmed with pollution. I asked for the filter to be cleaned but even though it improved, it was still heavy air.

We had a fabulous time...

Liked: Coffee in the room , just ok. Didn't try the hotel coffee. thought a bit pricey. My daughter and I like to explore so most meals out. Enjoyed my cocktail at the Blue Bar. Staff exceptional
Disliked: shower facet broken in bathroom. Safe was a bit tricky.. numbers sticking.

A stylish hotel designed by...

Liked: The design is different from other hotels, with an entrance featuring a pond with artificial waves and a mixture of pink and yellow objects.I was impressed by how friendly all the staff were and how they worked while maintaining an appropriate distance.Established in 1968, it has already been built for more than 50 years, so although it looks old, I didn't really notice it as maintenance was always being done.
Disliked: The hotel has been built for more than 50 years and may give the impression of being old-fashioned to some people, but the value of this hotel far exceeds that.
