Disliked: Looks old. Without maintenance.They take good care of the yard…. But starts very early with a lot of noise.Every day house keeping knocks at the door of the room early in the morning. I tried to wake up late, but just couldn’t.Rainy season, and there is no way to get to your room until rain stops.I brought my tennis rackets to play tennis. Don’t travel with rackets. Tennis court without maintenance.Breakfast extremely expensive for what they give.They have only one person to help with our bags and to park cars. They need more people in the morning to check out.

Disliked: No hot water at shower only warm water. Very dark in the room not enough lights. The building is very old, long walk from front desk to the room. Not enough explanation about the parking

Disliked: The hotel is abandoned, not clean, very poor staff attention and the rooms falling apart. Hundreds of cockroaches all around the hotel.

Dissapointing won’t be staying there...

Liked: Good location and nice gardens.
Disliked: The Hotel needs some serious updates. Rooms are old, smelly and missing a deep clean. Carpeted flooring that caused allergies as soon as I entered the room.The hotel seems neglected, a shame for such a renowned brand.
