Dissapointing won’t be staying there...

Liked: Good location and nice gardens.
Disliked: The Hotel needs some serious updates. Rooms are old, smelly and missing a deep clean. Carpeted flooring that caused allergies as soon as I entered the room.The hotel seems neglected, a shame for such a renowned brand.

I definitely recommend this hotel...

Liked: The location and the site are exceptional, architecture and the gardens are very beautiful and it’s a calm and peaceful place to stay. The hotel staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms might need a little makeover as they appear to be a bit old and worn.

Liked: the staff is the best! they were very attentive, and always with a smile.
Disliked: the building is old, and the rooms are very old too. the beds are very old. rooms were dirty. one of our rooms didn't have the security locket, which was a concern and couldn't be fixed. they were very nice people, but we didn't enjoy the rooms at all.

Great location, amazing staff, maintenance...

Liked: The staff is always so nice and helpful, the gardens and all areas are very peaceful and beautiful and the main reason I choose this hotel is the location and the fact that isn’t a huge complex with tons of rooms
Disliked: Maintenance is the issue here, and food quality isn’t what used to be 15 years ago the quality is in decline

Very good
