Liked: Loved the concept of all online for checking in. Simple and made it quick to get in
Disliked: Did not connect to wifi until 1 am when I figured out how to get back into the check in screen and find the password. Maybe keep a copy of the password in the room? Also went up to 4th floor hoping to find water from vending machine but the only options were apple juice, orange juice and Pepsi however the room it’s kept in was very warm, and the Pepsi came out very warm maybe vending machine not working ( not putting out cold beverages). I stayed in room 204 and the noise from the bars was very very loud, you could feel the beat of the music on the foot rest/ chairs until around 2:30 am.Other than these issues we had a great stay, very clean room great location and was pleasantly surprised by the fact you gave access to go streaming apps on the television. Definitely made for a nice night after getting back from the comedy festival.Thank you for your hospitality

Stay for the location and...

Liked: Excellent location and self-serve. No staff or reception desk, it was all app-based. The instructions were easy - my 90- year old mom caught on right away! The apartment was great - spacious and all amenities available for a self-catering stay. Laundry room available which was very helpful. Loads of restaurants within walking distance and the Harbour front just a few blocks away.
Disliked: The location is behind one of THE LOUDEST BARS in Halifax so if you can’t handle to concert-level noise till 01:30 then this place is not for you!

Disliked: Noise from club adjacent to our apt was not just loud. It was unbearable on weekend night.

Liked: Spacious downstairs living area but upstairs bed was only a double, not a queen
Disliked: Room 603 was so badly located above a patio bar blasting loud music. We left same day to find another hotel. Even with ear plugs the thumping from the music could be heard. Not sleepable!

Liked: Great location, price and decor.
Disliked: If you have a flat facing Barrington St. it can be noise.
