Exceptional

Liked: The location was central for our needs. Very nice area. The rooms are very nice. Spacious, clean, very well kept.
Disliked: We loved everything. Our only complaint was the lack of some sort of fridge.

Good could be great

Liked: Location was amazing, close to everything and safe. The staff were all excellent. Personable, professional, polite, and sincere. The size of the room was nice and large. The 1st class feeling came from the staff. From valet (ran to get my wallet I forgot I the car) to front desk (everyone smiled and was very nice) , to. Room service (fastest I ever seen) . 5 stars on staff.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable to this beverly hills standard. The pillows smelled funny, sheets didn't feel clean and crisp. Room overall felt old and dusty. Second floor room right next to street gave us racing cars all night on our last night. No refrigerator in room. I can forgive everything but the smelly pillows, old sheets will make me think twice when I have to come to Los Angeles again.

Sophisticated stay in the heart...

Liked: The location was incredible, right where we wanted to be. We arrived quite late but the staff were very kind and helpful with our check in. We received a room upgrade too! The room was very clean and well appointed, and the view was amazing! Bed was very comfortable too.
Disliked: It would be great if there were coffee and tea facilities in the room. While free coffee is provided in the lobby, it would be handy to have a coffee available in the room instead of having to go downstairs

Liked: Room was pretty clean but toxic because the housekeeper used some perfumy scent spray. There is no natural spray! If they want to air the room OPEN THE WINDOW OR DOORS! Staff was friendly.Excellent location.
Disliked: There are labels posted in the room stating: "Pure Room". Well, my room was toxic because some housekeeper used some perfumy scent spray. WHY? I woke up at 3 AM with burning nostrils and headache.There is no Natural Spray! They are all toxic. If they needed to air the room OPEN THE WINDOW OR DOORS !!! I opened the doors wide open during the day to air that cheep perfumy toxic smell. After 4 days the smell was still there. Less, but still there. I strongly suggest the management informs and educates the housekeepers about toxicity of scented sprays.Thank you,Branka Tesla

Bad value for money

Liked: The staff was very polite and helpful
Disliked: There’s no fridge, the main room light doesn’t turn on properly (only lamps work), it turns out there’s no breakfast included—instead, you get a $30 credit for the restaurant, which always leads to overspending. The phone in the room wasn’t working, and to top it all off, there was a strike beneath the hotel at 7 a.m., making it impossible to stay there. I won’t be coming back here again.

Lovely hotel, unadvertised overpriced parking

Liked: The hotel is very elegant, staff excellent and rooms spacious and very well designed
Disliked: They have a $70.00 a night fee for parking, which is just outrageous for a hotel guest and the TV’s lack any access to streaming service or pay per view movies.
