Liked: everything about our room was spot on ..thankyou for the comfort of the bed to how clean the room was and the shower was really awesome...

Disappointing

Liked: Convenient location, staff were nice
Disliked: My father and I booked a stay here, for a 4 star place it was very poor, we got to our room after a surprise deposit bond where it was not advertised or communicated until we checked in. The bathroom towels were visibly dirty and kitchen was dirty, spa bath jets were dirty also, for the price of the booking, it did not reflect on the quality of the room.

Great place, quiet and comfortable.

Liked: Super clean and just what we needed after watching the game at Waikato stadium. The beds were so comfortable and had the best sleep esp after a drive down from Auckland. Great to stay and the owners super friendly.

Disliked: The cost of the property was ridiculously expensive for what I got. Was a complete stuff up.Also, the people staying in the neighbouring unit were smoking outside their room and drinking for many hours during the night and had flicked cigarette butts everywhere, and on my car parked outside.
