Exceptional place to stay

Liked: It is a beautiful place. I took my dog, and we were made to feel so welcome. It was exceptionally clean. Such good value for money with breakfast included and all the home comforts were thought off.

Very good

Liked: Room and facilities good for cost. Excellent breakfasts. Parking facilities very poor as expected in centre of town. Problems with payments being taken incorrectly - resulted in charge of 3,500 pounds instead of 80 pounds. Has now been refunded but very worrying at the time. Bank was totally unhelpful about this.
Disliked: No problems except as stated above.
