Liked: I like that the beach is down the street which has free parking.
Disliked: What I didn’t like is the tiny parking spaces which there is no allocated parking space, so it is first come first served.

Liked: The presentation the front of the building was fine
Disliked: The rooms were very small. The there was cockroaches on all the dishes underneath the microwave. Whenever we move something that was cockroaches and we couldn’t eat our own food there for fear of being contaminated.
