Liked: Lovely reception and room. Booked well in advance and got a cheap rate
Disliked: Pool area could definitely do with an upgrade. Was also freezing

Wonderful location

Liked: Suitably located, very presentable and comfortable.The little touches within the room like bathrobes, slippers, coffee maker together with a kettle were excellent.
Disliked: Having worked many years in the hospitality industry before retirement, my impression was that, with a few exceptions, the staff were not happy within the hotel. This is unfortunate as it has a knock on affect with clientele. There was a general impression of negativity.

Liked: Beautiful place to stay will definitely be back , staff made us feel very welcome , hotel room was lovely and comfy
