The best staff ever

Liked: The staff was exceptional. Although there were some problems in the room, the staff and managers did everything in their capacity to solve the problems and compensate in a very generous manner.
Disliked: Maintenance of room needs improvement.

Liked: Great facilities and great location
Disliked: One member of staff at the reception desk was not very helpful and we were not happy that only one of our rooms were ready at check in time at 3pm We had a taxi booked through the hotel for 3.30 to leave the hotel and go to a gig and we only received key card for our second room at 3.25. when I went down at that time to check if it was available yet I was told by a lovely person that it was available and had been for a while. When we had been told at 3 that it was still not available, I had asked to be phoned either on my mobile or ring the phone in the room that we had already checked into. I received neither. Everyone else was extremely helpful.
