Liked: Very warm welcome. Quiet, clean and comfortable bedroom. Very attentive staff.

Exceptional

Liked: Really friendly and helpful. Every member of staff was just a delight. We were there for a wedding locally and it was perfect for our needs but also it was really hot and our room stayed lovely and temperate. Which was a huge relief! I did notice a fan in the wardrobe but we didn't need to use it thankfully.

Liked: Nice looking on outside
Disliked: Poor signage. Slightly worn rooms. Cleanliness doubtful. Thick dust under and behind bed. Not cleaned in corners or under doors. Bathroom had some mould.

Nice hotel situated in good...

Liked: Good breakfast, standard sized hotel room, quiet with kettle, etc., and nice outlook. Hotel situated in a good area, close to many places of interest. Good sized car park outside.
Disliked: No real complaints.

Pleasant stay and good breakfsst

Liked: Good location for us as visiting relatives
Disliked: Bar closed early, had to taxi in to TW for a drink

Disliked: Old, in poor state of repair, manager was very grumpy, unhelpful, rude! His staff however were excellent.
