Lovely Location and good was...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, evening meal and dessert very hood.
Disliked: The bed was very firm and the bed surround was wooden and not much room around it, so we knocked our knees and feet on it.

Superb

Liked: Good & good choices
Disliked: The fan in the bathroom is noisy so disturbing for the other person staying when using the bathroom during the night.

Liked: Lovely location, facilities and room. Staff very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Food on evening was great.

Comfortable room

Dirty and smelly room, not...

Liked: The traditional pub is very nice. Good for a drink. The food was good, also breakfast, although we considered it rather a little uninspired. Lots of parking space in front of the house. Tesco's Superstore nearby.
Disliked: Very dirty. Horrible smell in the room from the mouldy shower. Installations there rusty, old and stained. The towels seemed to have taken the smell. The ventilation in the bathroom made a lot of noise but didn't do anything against the moist and the smell. Very unhealthy air. The windows could not be opened widely to get enough fresh air. An electricity box in the room was humming all the time, hence difficult to sleep. The beds were ok, but from a so called Luxury Twin Room I had expected a lot more as the pictures of a rather modern and light room had suggested.

Can recommend the Camden Arms...

Liked: Lovely staff. Excellent food (dinner and breakfast were both very good). Comfortable beds. Good shower. Good value for money.
Disliked: Room was very brown and a bit depressing. A few bright pictures on the walls would cheer it up!
