Liked: Room.
Disliked: Breakfast was confusing, when the hot free buffet ends and when the pay menu begins.

We ha a great stay and the service was good!

Liked: Location was perfect to attend a concert at the Metro Centre.
Disliked: One elevator was out of service and it was a busy spot so there was always a wait for the elevators!

Great overall.

Liked: Breakfast was okay, but it was not worth $25 per person in my opinion.
Disliked: Location was great. Staff were helpful and nice. Room was quite and clean.

Liked: I do love "suites hotels" - separate areas to sleep and to be/ work/ relax - fabulous. Efficient staff, business centre and great location in walking distance of harbourside and restaurants. Parking too!

Liked: The view to the green of the fort was relaxing.The breakfast was far better than most hotels provide.The staff was really accommodating.The office center did all I needed for my conference preparation.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: The staff were always friendly and helpful.Rooms are cleaned and tidied everyday with care.
Disliked: Some residents were too loud late at night and it made it hard to sleep because the sound travels and it seems not to have adequate sound proofing by the room door.
