Disliked: Breakfast was confusing, when the hot free buffet ends and when the pay menu begins.

We ha a great stay and the service was good!

Liked: Location was perfect to attend a concert at the Metro Centre.
Disliked: One elevator was out of service and it was a busy spot so there was always a wait for the elevators!

Look forward to returning!

Liked: Close proximity to great shops and excellent restaurants! Clean rooms and enjoyed the selection in the free breakfast.
Disliked: Kids would have liked a pool.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE...

Liked: Location was great!
Disliked: Staff was rude and customer service was poor.My wife's car had the parking entrance arm come down on her car and scratch her car. Management kept passing the buck to other managers. Manager was suppose to call and never did! Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Liked: The lobby was clean and nice
Disliked: The sofa bed was old and uncomfortable. Needed sheets and blanket for them when it said they were in the closet - waited half an hour at 10pm for my kid to be able to go to bed.They didn’t put all the hockey teams/families on 1 floor so there was a lot of complaining. The parking was awful and not enough but is an extra $25/night. Breakfast was everything except bacon and sausage - that’s $5.75 extra.

Liked: Wonderful place, in the beautiful city! Everything is nearby. Close to everything. Breakfast is various and tasty. Room is clean and has all the amenities that you need for your staying. Staff is polite and helpful. Thank you!
