not great

Liked: Staff were nice, good location.
Disliked: Room was very dark, dated and dirty. The balcony was very sketchy, there was wallpaper coming off the wall, stained carpet, and the safety latch on the door was falling off. Towels had stains. It's nice being by the casino, but the quality of the rooms is more in the $80 motel range.

Amazing value!

Liked: Our suite was great and the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The club lounge was an awesome feature and Patricia working it was great! The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful as well. Really made us feel welcome. Nice selection of restaurants and Randi Boulton singing that night in the casino was spectacular!
Disliked: Tub wasn't perfectly clean

See you again and looking...

Liked: The front desk and housekeeping staff were above and beyond, the bar staff (casino) hands down the most fantastic bartenders in Red Deer. I travel from Canmore once a month just to get away and Red Deer and your resort is always my go to and never been disappointed.
Disliked: The weather lol

Would stay again but eat...

Liked: Nice rooms good service, convenient, nice casino hotel is a dated
Disliked: The Hiy Stake served the worst meal I have ever been served so salty we could not eat it.
