Disliked: Comforter was bad. Bathroom outdated and not very nice. No ice machine

Liked: Location. Close to Eagleman 70.3 triathlon.The ice machine worked.
Disliked: Everything other than location. And ice machine.Placed in a smoking room, and told nothing else was available. Did I mention I don’t smoke and plan to race in a triathlon the following morning? I did, and was told there would not be a refund. There was no mention of smoking rooms in the description or my reservation.In the room, the beds were minimal. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the comforter was threadbare.The bathroom fan casing was missing. The fan itself seemed as if it was about to catch fire and could not be used. The toilet ran water continuously. The tub itself had holes and cracks and was unusable.I honestly think I would’ve been better off sleeping in my car. I’d say you get what you paid for, but they jacked up the price $180 due to race demand. This room is not worth $20 much less that price per night.

Disliked: I had to stay at this hotel for a short night for a race my husband had early in the morning.At check-in, they didn't even tell us where the room was, as it was in another building; we had to walk for quite a while before finding someone who told us we were staying in a different building.At night, the air conditioning kept coming on and making a lot of noise.In short, not the most relaxing experience the night before a race...

Liked: Very close to essential shops and fast food restaurants. Cheapest hotel in the area. Staff was very kind.
Disliked: Very poorly maintained. Fridge was rusted, doors were loose, more rust on light fixtures, caked dust on the brick walls, TV never worked, undesirables frequenting the area, police showed up to another person's room, and chain lock on door was broken in both rooms i was in.
