Liked: The bed was good
Disliked: Bathroom was ridiculously small, basin was in front of wc, shower drain backed up and nearly overflowed. Water from above flooding showed on ceiling. Window hardware was falling off and one glass pain was broken. No handrail on stairwell. Stairs did not conform to modern codes. No phone as advertised. No staff on site as advertised, 24/7.

Liked: Location was great, room was ok, the bed was comfortable and the cleanliness was fine.
Disliked: I had great trouble gaining access to my room because I wasn't able to read the code instructions on my phone.I was expecting to be met by a member of staff on site. It took 4 phone calls to resolve the matter.

It was an incredibly bare...

Liked: The location near the train station and Mill road was excellent for our stay. We appreciated that they had installed a portable AC unit for the warmer summer months.
Disliked: We did not have a bathmat or handtowl in our bathroom when we arrived, and there is no fridge or even cutlery anywhere in the kitchen. There was clear water damage on some of the walls in our room and there was poor signage for finding our room.
