Liked: good location and comfortable room with basic amenities
Disliked: couple stains on the sheets but not a massive problem

Disappointing

Liked: Ease of access - unstaffed so access code emailed
Disliked: Rooms not clean. Stain on sheets. Hair in bed. Floor not thoroughly clean - found a sweet on floor from previous occupancy. Bathroom looking worn - grout missing between tiles, seal on shower needs replacing, shower head useless, plug hole in sink filthy

Liked: Good location We had trouble getting into the building code wouldn’t work and no staff around took us 10 minutes which was frustrating

A good, restful stay. suitable...

Liked: Very clean and spacious room. Clean bedding and towels provided. Not noisy.
Disliked: £50 deposit takes awhile to be released, there was a loud dehumidifier system in the room, remote was dirty.
