Liked: ended up here spontaneously after a disaster hotel fiasco in Toronto; they were super nice and accommodating; the receptionist gave us free breakfast after hearing our story ♥️

Enjoyable stay, good location.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff
Disliked: Room not set up as required on arrival, once it was set up it would have been impossible to get in/out with luggage.

Great service but not hygienic.

Liked: Excellent service from the Reception staff.
Disliked: The room was smelly, musty and did not meet my expectation of cleanliness at all. The vents in the bathroom were fully clogged with lint and dust and the cleaning was less than satisfactory.
