A perfect end to a...

Liked: Location to Waterloo airport. The ambience as you walk through the door is welcoming. The reception, and restaurant staff are amazing , so polite and friendly. The rooms were immaculate, beds very comfortable. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the hot buffet breakfast amazing!
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: We enjoy staying at this location it is clean modern staff are helpful.It’s nice to be able to end the day with a drink at the bar.The added benefit is the Level 2 EV charging on site.
Disliked: Facility was extremely busy that weekend and we were allocated a room that was already occupied when we got up to the room. We ultimately were given another room “supposedly an Upgrade” in reality it was the same quality room tucked away on the main floor.

This is where we always...

Liked: Booking was easy. Paperwork was ready at check in.
Disliked: Bed seemed a little hard and front facing room had some road noise
