Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa

The festival was great, but will definitely book another hotel next year.

Liked: The spa.
Disliked: Communication with the front desk was non existent; told there are no additional pillows , because the hotel was full. Our room was only serviced once over the weekend. Very poor service.

I would return

Disliked: Steam room not hot enough.

Overall it was a decent...

Liked: Staff were friendly, hotel was relatively clean, no noisy guests and the dinner at the restaurant was very good.
Disliked: The spa area was quite dirty, it should be cleaned regularly. The afternoon tea was not great. They need better options, my room had heating issues. Also some of the receptionists need to learn discretion. Upon checking in, the receptionist that attended to me kept telling me my booking details so loudly that others could hear. I travelled alone and anyone could have been listening and taking note of the information.
