Exceptional

Liked: Everything in this hotel was well-thought out to make their guests' stay comfortable and memorable. Loved the small touches such as pet food bowl, gift bag and special bed cover for guests arriving with pets. The breakfast basket delivered every morning was wonderful. Also liked the fact that it had a kitchenette and small patio in the back. Location was 10/10, beach is across the street and the town is a mile away. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the place is clean and well-kept. It was a perfect weekend getaway to get some R&R.
Disliked: Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Liked: Wonderful location, comfortable beds, attentive staff. Loved having a place to eat on site. Loved all of the dogs that stayed and that the property accommodates them!
Disliked: It was perfect!

Would have given 5stars if...

Liked: Great location and rooms are spacious and amenities are great.
Disliked: Staff appears to lack basic hospitality training-doesn’t acknowledge guests and makes them just stand and wait for extended periods of time when checking in and while they talk amongst each other at their F&B areas.

Last Minute Luxury

Liked: Staff were very attentive, free wine tasting on arrival, comfy beds and spotless rooms. Continental breakfast delivered to the door. Excellent location directly across from beach access on Moonstruck Bay.
Disliked: A higher rate for a double queen room than normal, probably due to booking only 20 hours before arrival:-~

Nice but needs upgrades, over...

Liked: Location is great. Rooms are small but nice
Disliked: The mattresses sink, pillows are hard, walls are thin, no parking left if you come after 8pm. Cost per night is double what it’s worth.
