The room was very clean and staff was very friendly when I went for breakfast the following morning. I stayed here for a business trip and would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The gym was very clean; front desk very helpful; the breakfast was good. The menu had plenty of appetizing options for breakfast.
Disliked: I have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Liked: The hotel had a sleek, contemporary design and was impeccably clean throughout. The room was thoughtfully appointed, and the overall atmosphere felt calm. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit in my room was quite loud, which impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the valet link was not provided as promised. While the front desk receptionist was knowledgeable, their demeanor came across as disengaged and unwelcoming.

this hotel seems to lack...

Disliked: bed spread/pillow cases weren’t fully clean; bluetooth mirror in the bathroom didn’t work (maintenance was sent to the room to fix it but said he couldn’t fix it and suggested that we change rooms); headboard light did not work. rowhouse restaurant staff was rude, lacked professionalism, and demonstrated poor work ethics. i ordered a drink from the bar but the lady behind the bar said “i’m not a bartender. i can only serve mimosas and bloody mary’s”…i had a challenging time trying to understand why the lady was behind the bar if she could not serve regular drinks. we had to request an actual bartender to make my old fashioned. the rooftop workers were also rude and very dismissive. upon checking in, the front desk staff mentioned that the rooftop is open thursday june 19 through saturday june 21. however this was not the case. rooftop was closed all weekend outside of a private event thursday evening, and then brunch on saturday 11-2.

Very nice Stay

Liked: Hotel was very clean. Staff were so nice. Location to Stadium and surrounding attractions was great. View from my room was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Rooftop bar was only open on weekends. It is right next to a apartment complex. It would be to noisy for weekday I guess. Wish the menu at the restaurant was more extensive.
