The room was very clean and staff was very friendly when I went for breakfast the following morning. I stayed here for a business trip and would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The gym was very clean; front desk very helpful; the breakfast was good. The menu had plenty of appetizing options for breakfast.
Disliked: I have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Liked: I enjoyed the accessibility. Cambria Navy yard is a phenomenal location.
Disliked: Valet lost my car for almost an hr. I requested my vehicle unfortunately at 1am when I realized I left my toiletry bag in the car. Waited until it said my car was ready. I go down waited another 10mins. valet tells me my key isn't working. I say ummm that's concerning it was working earlier. we wlkd 3 blocks to a parking lot my car isn't in the lot. I say sir where is my car. he says idk I didn't park it. it might be in other parking lot. I responded saying so before you properly checked ALL parking locations, you immediately thought my key was broken. then walk me to a lot where my car isn't to tell me it could possibly be in another location. the amount of fear and frustration that went thru my mind and body was upsetting. After waiting another 20 mins I was finally able to retrieve my toiletry bag. for $55 overnight plus taxes I feel this level of customer service was unacceptable and his lack of problem solving was concerning.

Liked: Nice property with modern decor. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in there were very nice! Room was just what we needed for couples get away! small and intimate just what we wanted but yet still had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Location was okay and definitely was not riverfront. Also didn't like that we had to pay an additional $50 a night for valet parking with no other options.
