Walking distance to venue was great but be aware - there are a lot of homeless people. The more I travel the more I see. It is very disheartening.

Liked: The staff was excellent! The gentleman at the desk was great. It really helped that he knew the entertainer that I was there to see.
Disliked: Could have been a little bit cleaner but proximity to everything was on par.

First time staying here and was very impressed. Friendly staff; easy check in; parking was great; room was clean, spacious and modern. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, bars, and 9:30 Club.

Disliked: None.

Disliked: Lack of parking information during late check-in. During check-in only option available was valet at a higher cost. Ended up paying for multiple nights Valet parking despite vehicle being parked throught the stay, we used taxis and user to get around.Street closures in area and around town due to NATO event at convention centre nearby.Perhaps Cambria hotel information or Booking.com should have made reference to NATO event during search for accommodation over these days.

Misleading information

Liked: spacious and clean room
Disliked: The hotel advertises a dinner option at 15 USD per person per day. When my family of five went to the restaurant we were told that we were mistaken. At check out I mentioned the issue to the manager and showed him the Booking listing with the 15 USD offer. He told me they will remove it from the listing and offered us a 50 USD discount. A few days later the listing has remained unchanged (see photo). I believe this does not count as an honest mistake anymore, but as deliberately false advertising :(

Liked: Only location!
Disliked: Breakfast was too bad for 4 star hotel.Staff was rude! Service was awful!

Better places with better value...

Liked: The location was okay, the price was decent, and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The cost of parking was outrageous and not previously disclosed prior to check-in. (As a first-time traveler to D.C., I did not realize that when the hotel included parking on their website that there'd be a significant (almost 50% of the room) extra-cost involved; that should be better communicated beforehand. Also, the hotel unsuccessfully tries to be "fancy" and is all for show. A decent hotel but definitely not worth all the money it charges.
