Superb

Liked: The vive was great. Family room was specious. Double showers were great. Food was just ok. ( buffet)But great experience. We arrived early bout noon and staff accommodate situation for us on giving us 1 of 2 rooms early to be able to rest a bit from an exhausting cruise arrival. So that was nice.
Disliked: I disnt like movie nights at 8pm didnt happen due to monitor not operating. Woukd have been nice to have kids swim and have movie night while parents have a drink. That was not so good.

Was not bad, pretty clean...

Liked: Good location, water park was fun.
Disliked: Breakfast was not great. Potatoes tasted stale, flavorless eggs. Protector for movie night was broken.

Liked: The bedroom was clean and spacious. Less than 10 minutes in car to the Disneyland.
Disliked: Pool Staff was kind of rude, I wanted to turn around my comfort chair to watch my kids on the slide and the security man said I can’t do that also I saw a security man told another pregnant woman with big belly that she couldn’t move a chair for rest her legs. I tink the administration need to check the pool rules.

Liked: Breakfast, pool, convenience of restaurants near door, bunks for kids, and newer/updated.
Disliked: Definitely the resort fees, 30.00 parking fee per night, and the 200.00 deposit total in addition to the room rate - this isn't disclosed until you check in. They need to change the stained carpets if this is the case. The first night, we got moved a couple of times bc there was only hot water. The staff were accommodating. However, I noticed there was a big difference in the quality of service in front desk crew staff. Specifically between the (what seemed) more experienced staff and the younger crew. Younger crew had attitudes when you asked questions, and other crew were helpful and wanted to make your experience better. Breakfast morning traffic is pretty crazy around 8 to 9 ish so try to go earlier if you can.

Great hotel for family!

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. The water park was wonderful and the kids wanted to stay outside all day. Housekeeping was prompt and responsive.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t all that great. The variety was nice however the biscuits and gravy was served only once during our four days. My kids really didn’t enjoy the waffles, which was a surprise.
