Liked: Breakfast not the best, not co.plaining but just not the best. Nothing bad. Nothing. Staff was from support to restaurant bar to checking each person always smiled, greeted me, etc. Good people make average food great!
Disliked: Just the breakfast. The menu for dinner was lovely and excellent. I was surprised. We sat up top in sky lounge and ut was tremendous. Flatbreads yummy too.

Would stay again

Liked: Modern, convenient. Great location. Two restaurants and bars.
Disliked: If kitchen is open til 10, you should take orders at 9:50. We were made to feel like that wa taboo so we didn’t. Also a joint was found right outside the doors.

Liked: On a positive note, most of the staff was very friendly. I only had one person, the night I checked in, who was less than excited to have me walk up to the check-in desk. I also liked the location, which was walking distance from a sports event I was competing in.
Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel from a Wed to Sun. Although I had a decent stay, I ran into many minor problems that added up significantly detracting from my experience at the hotel. The worst part of this was that when I arrived in my room, I immediately noticed hair of varying sizes, including public hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor - gross for sure. I then looked around the room and noticed the floors were not dirty per se, but not spotless either. I reported this to the hotel staff, and they sent housekeeping to my room the next day - unfortunately, they still missed hairs on the floor, which I decided to deal with by laying towels on the floor. Other complaints include that I was in a room intended for physically disabled folks that include a walk in shower - unfortunately, my part of my bathroom floor would end up with significant water despite my best efforts. Other problems included that the window curtain do not cover the entire window which let parking lights shine onto exactly where I was sleeping (I had to cover the window wit coach pillows), the toilet seat was not secured (flopped around when sat on), the hotel tub was not hot (luke-warm at best, probably about 89 degree), the in-room Keureg was no functional (could not close the device) and strangely water was already in it (probably because last person could not get it to function), and the hotel breakfast buffet was average at best.
