Liked: I loved the staff they were so friendly!! Kris the bartender was so friendly and I talked to her for a long time! She was the best bartender!

Disliked: My room wasn’t clean and staff was very rude didn’t feel welcome nor comfortable. I don’t understand why would you have to pay for parking barely was any where to park . Front desk didn’t even have courtesy to even ask why i didn’t stay both of my nights didn’t even act concerned on why I was leaving . Lady at front instanstky say we will have to charge you 50$ for checking out late never did check out late she didn’t even go look to see that I had 2 nights there I said ma I have 2 nights here but I’m leaving early all she said was okay . Very unprofessional I will never book here again & I only booked there because I visited another cambria location & it was very awesome so it made me want to try this location thinking my experience would be the same but turn out to be the worst . I don’t never give bad comments but on this experience I had to give my honest opinion on it . Hope next guest will get treated very well & welcomed right .
