Great place

Liked: The beds were super comfortable, great location, friendly staff, they were also very knowledgeable
Disliked: The bed shook a little, but we were on the top floor and most likely susceptible to any movement. It did not impact my ability to sleep

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: It was within walking distance to everything that we wanted to do including the ferry over to Peaks Island. We were staying 3 nights so the girl at the counter upgraded our room to a room with a view of the harbor and the courtyard. It was far away from the elevator but well worth it for the view.
Disliked: The sink in the bathroom was draining very slowly. My bad…I forgot to tell them before we left.

Excellent!

Liked: Staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. The valet staff is super friendly and helpful with luggage. Our room didn't have the best view but the room more than made up for it. We felt like we were back at home. The hotel restaurant has high quality food.
Disliked: Having updated appliances in the rooms would be nice.

Great hotel in the perfect...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was great and we were able to easily walk everywhere.
Disliked: $40 a night to park the car is a little pricey.
