Just awesome!!

Liked: I absolutely loved the room . Very cozy for my friend and I. There was a pull out bed. Water pressure was a bit much but I liked it. The hot tub was amazing
Disliked: There wasn't a bag in the garbage in the bathroom and housekeeping didn't knock when it was 11:00. Only complaints. Everything else was EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Liked: Great location for the Paints Arena
Disliked: Did not get a receipt. The person at the front desk said we would get one from Booking.com but we have not.

Pleasant

Disliked: Was told when I checked in every thing was paid for, even parking do don’t have anything to pay. Even when I checked out said I owe noth. Then I was charged $32.00????

It was ok

Liked: I liked how spacious the room was.
Disliked: I don’t like how we went to leave the parking and couldn’t so wet went and asked for help and they told us to do something different and so wet did and it still didn’t work. So we spent 40 minutes trying to get out of the parking and then ended up not being able to get out

Staff was friendly and location...

Liked: The location and proximity was amazing, and it is right next door to PPG which was extremely convenient since we were there for the Pens game
Disliked: The carpet in the room had some stains and the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan to use when showering. Also the heated pool was not very warm.

Won’t be back.

Disliked: Food wasn’t good (all microwaved) Carpets where horrible No hot water in shower “City view” was view of igloo parking lot.
