good place that would have...

Liked: pool, restaurant/entry open area/size of rooms/amenities in room
Disliked: rooms were cleaned every 3 days unless more cleanings requested. I asked for daily, given an ok, but it didn't happen. Should have been told of this policy in advance.The hotel is on a steep incline, with nothing of interest around it. Sol if you are a walker, you have a good hiike to town and an unpleasant climb back up Centre.

Not worth the price.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The rooms were not very clean. There was hair in the shower from the previous guest and dust all over the room. I noticed stains on the floor and the bed creaked so loud. There was very noticeably mold in the shower. We paid for parking for all 4 nights. To exit the gate you had to scan one receipt and then another one and get a new ticket. It was such a pain. The WiFi went out a lot and I had to work. It was so over priced. You could tell the bartenders didn’t want to be there.

Liked: The location was good, & the room was spacious (though I didn't need it for just me). Shower was good (but not clean)
Disliked: The room was not clean. The mattress was not comfortable. I had to pay $32 to park 1 night. The front desk clerk had trouble finding my reservation & then said my card was declined (the problem was the machine). Not welcoming.

Disappointing

Liked: Price was cheap
Disliked: Was checked in the wrong room type, then given a replacement room that was not yet cleaned, then finally given my room on a third try. Bed was broken as I was stuck in a V- shape all night. Location is shady all around if not for the PPG paints arena/Penguins games. Good luck!

Liked: The location was great for the purpose of our trip. The room was a bit outdated
Disliked: The room was a bit outdated and needed some maintenance- peeling paint, carpet and furniture repair

It served it’s purpose

Liked: The food from the restaurant was excellent. The location to the PPG Paint arena was perfect.
Disliked: The hotel needs updating.
