Liked: Good location. Nice to have a nightcap at the hotel. Nice to have a hot breakfast.
Disliked: 35 minute wait after ordering in the restaurant.

Liked: Customer service was awesome, very friendly. And the location is great for shopping.
Disliked: Since it's not our first stay, we noticed the beds are starting to feel a little lumpy.

Too hot. Customers cannot set...

Liked: The location is good. The staff are polite. The rooms are clean. But the rooms are way too warm. See below.
Disliked: The main reason I used to come here (20-30 times) was because they had the best HVAC/air conditioning of any hotel in Phoenix. Now, you cannot set the air conditioning below 69°. A staff member told me that was because people were setting it too low, causing it to malfunction. I don’t remember it ever malfunctioning before. When it is 115° outside, you need to be able to set the air conditioning at a lower setting to compensate.

Liked: Clean big modern suite. Great staff location. Quality towels, sheets, bed, lighting.. coffee makers, personal products, toilet paper… classy place! Professional staff.
