Would stay here again.

Liked: Very clean, great location, quuet rooms, and friendly front desk staff.
Disliked: Some of the electrical outlets did not work. Desk lamp did not work so unable to dim the room. No onsite parking & hotel valet fee is expensive compared to self parking in garage across the street.

Liked: Comfy bed, super-clean rooms, modern decor, wonderful staff - surprisingly quiet and great location!

Superb

Liked: The Hotel looks very warming and beautiful. Front desk Manager was of excellent service. I checked in lil after 4pm on 6/8 black woman with burgundy braids. She was also there on c/o at 11am on 6/9
Disliked: The floor wasn't swept properly when I checked in. I called the front desk to request it to be swept again but no one came. I used to do EVS and the guests should always be honored by their request.

Liked: great location, close to city center, was able to walk to tourist attractions and restaurants
Disliked: valet parking is confusing - the men standing outside the building are not part of the hotel service. the lobby for the hotel is on the second floor so no one was there to help with our luggage on the ground floor. lights in the room were very dim.

Liked: Great renovation of hotel. Fantastic, quality finishes.
Disliked: Key card gets deactivated by proximity to phone!Desk should be manned by two people whenever a line forms.

Convenience and Comfort!

Liked: Our second time at this location and a definite win! It’s convenient to parking, restaurants and the theater district. We also like the spacious rooms for a city hotel!
Disliked: Be aware that the 15th floor has a nightclub above it so there’s lots of noise. We were on a back corner room so thankfully it was ok.

Solo travel - Excellent location...
