Liked: The front desk staff were helpful and nice. The valet staff as well.
Disliked: The hotel was noisy, we could hear everything all night long. The valet parking was so expensive. My room could’ve been cleaner and there was a burn mark in the furniture. We were never able to see the rooftop since we had a child under 21 with us, which is a shame.

Disliked: It's in downtown Philadelphia when you come out, the place is beautiful and the property is Clean and nice.

Disliked: For the price, they could include parking. Also, you shouldn't have to pay to get on the rooftop if you're staying at the hotel
