Great stay

Liked: I was shocked at the fact that I was able to get this hotel at an amazing deal - only $90 for the night. I did book it like 3 months in advance though because now the going price is almost double. Easy to find. Parking seems limited but it's free. The decor is amazing and looks very Upscale. I loved how it looked inside. No breakfast included but there was a buffet for $15 I think. The room was nice and clean. My only complaint was the shower floor needs to be redone. It looked stained. Otherwise the room was really nice. $100 hold that I received back without issue. I'd recommend it. I went March 2024

Disgusting facilities and the cleaning...

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: My shower and bathroom were dirty when I arrived. I asked to get a full cleaning of the room and it was half assed by the cleaning lady and the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. And management “doesn’t work weekends” so nothing was resolved.

It was a good stay

Liked: The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Universal and neighbor of a very complete Walgreens. The parking lot was right in front of the lobby so it makes things easier in rainy days. The bed is very comfortable, the fridge, coffee machine and the locker worked properly.
Disliked: They only make room service every three days and I wasn’t aware of that. Also, there were details in the sink and in the bath a little bit dirty when we got in and remained dirty even after room service. We had the same problem with dusty on the floor, we told the front desk but nothing happened so I believe there’s room for improvement in cleaning.
