Always a pleasure staying here

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to do so! The location is fantastic...you can walk to the boardwalk and shopping and restaurants are close, too! We love that it has an indoor/ outdoor pools and hot tub! The food is good at the View Restaurant.
Disliked: What we didn't like this time around is how lax the cleaning staff was the day of our arrival. Our room should have been ready by 4pm and we didn't get in until after 6pm. They clearly did not communicate with the front desk. This happened to other families staying in the hotel. It was unfortunate that some people berated the front desk staff when it was evident that it wasn't their fault.

Liked: The hotel is beatifutl in the inside and have lovely people. The view from the room you can see the lake and the bridge and the sunset everything was great Have a easy way to go to boardwalk and the beach restaurants is great everything was amazing i love to be back to the hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
