Great location, friendly staff, nice...

Liked: The location was amazing - right near the convention center. Near restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The decor was fun and welcoming. There was a lot of space in the lobby, which was great when needing to meet up with coworkers. The hotel staff was so friendly. The coffee in the lobby was very good.
Disliked: The valet was the biggest issue. The first time I got my car it smelled like cigarettes. The second time, our car needed to be jumped and it took an hour. I think the valet must have left the lights running because the lights were on a different setting both times we got the car out. The restaurant was only okay. The snack bar didn't have a great selection. I wish there were healthy snacks. Neither issue was a deal breaker - but I might park my car myself in a nearby garage next time.

Everything i hoped for!

Liked: The room was so cozy and on point with NOLA scene. Loved the skull designs. The staff were friendly abd really available. Bar and restaurant in hotel was very convenient. Good location!
Disliked: Nothing!

Superb

Liked: Very clean. Good location. Staff were quite pleasant. Elevator floor buttons were key carded for security. Shower has good water pressure and nice, hot water. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Rooms were a bit on the dark side.

Exceptional

New Orleans Cambria Stay

Liked: I liked the ambience and style of the hotel the most. While some of the staff could use some lessons on hospitality, Sharon, the front desk manager, went above and beyond to make it a better stay for us. She defined grace, southern hospitality, and professionalism and is one of the reasons we'll be coming back. Thank you, Sharon!
Disliked: I wish there was a pool. New Orleans gets so hot in summer. A nice pool keeps it cool. And plants...lots of plants around a resort-style pool.

Superb

Modern Hotel with nice amenities.

Liked: Modern hotel in a quiet area. Check in was fast. Bathroom was up to date with a walk in shower.
Disliked: We booked a king sized bed room but were given two queens and were told that the air conditioning in some of the king bedrooms was out. Air conditioning in hall and lobby very cold. We didn't need the room made up each day but did ask for coffee pod refills daily. That worked some of the time.
