Great stay for first time...

Liked: Customer service was top tier. Cleanliness of the hotel.
Disliked: My bed sheets were not clean at first but they were immediately replaced.

Disliked: Warning!!!At this hotel, they don’t even make the beds. After a great day in New Orleans, we came back to the hotel in the evening only to find that our beds hadn’t been made.When I asked at the front desk, I was told they don’t clean the rooms unless you specifically ask for it. Excuse me?! Isn’t that a basic hotel service? How are guests supposed to know that?To make things worse, the manager was nowhere to be found. I asked for a callback—nothing. Days later, I’m still waiting for the promised phone call. Unacceptable.

Liked: Ceiling looks scary. Room service only clean bathroom but not entire room. Trash is not empty , coffee is not refill. Front desk is not nice-friendly.
Disliked: Front desk could be more friendly.

We had a great stay...

Liked: We liked how clean and fresh it is, great decor we had a quiet room, it was perfect for us. I liked the coffee station in the cabinet, although it didn't have water, and i didn't bother calling the front desk for that as i may as well call them for a coffee.
Disliked: My hubby went to get us coffee in the lobby area and said he was charged $15 for my latte, he said his coffee was free as he had his room card.

Quite stay near restaurants.

Liked: It is close to a lot and easy access to streetcars. It was romantic and nice without feeling cookie cutter. The staff changed our towels every day, called us cabs, and held our luggage on the last day.
Disliked: I liked that the lights weren’t too bright in the room, but some may have felt they were a little dim. I didn’t like the smell of the hair &body products so used my own.
