Cambria Hotel Nashville Midtown

A Great vacation spot.

Liked: The hotel was well kept and comfortable. The room was spacious and attractive. The evening staff was outstanding. Specifically Kerrian and Linda. They were very professional and friendly. Additionally, they were very responsive to any questions or needs. The restaurant staff was also very pleasant. Joshua, the server who took care of us during breakfast, was outstanding and reflected a very positive image for the hotel.
Disliked: The morning front desk staff appeared unfriendly. Had we encountered them when we arrived, our perception of the hotel would have been less favorable.

The accommodations were enjoyable.

Good location but could have...

Liked: Great location! Close to everything
Disliked: The initial room that I booked wasn’t ready as I checked in earlier than the actual check in time but was offered another room which fine. The bathroom shower was not as clean. I mentioned to the person at the front desk to have house cleaning to clean and they never did.

Beautiful site, but wouldn't be...

Liked: Great location in terms of being close to downtown. However, not a lot of food or entertainment options within decent walking distance. Great roof top restaurant and bar. Love how new and clean the building is - very well kept and decorated.
Disliked: My only real complaints have to do with the room. I was given an accessible tub which is manageable for me, but requested and was hoping for a roll-in shower. I can manage both, however the doorway into the bathroom is quite narrow. My wheelchair barely fit within centimeters on either side. I'm small and so is my chair, anything bigger, especially eletric, wouldn't fit. Finally, quite possibly the softest, a.k.a. the worst, hotel bed I've ever experienced.
