The staff were very responsive...

Liked: The staff were quick to respond.
Disliked: No onsite parking. The room AC didn’t work in the bathroom door was a stroll to open and close. There is mold in the shower, hair at the base of the toilet. I have found debris left from some other guest underneath the bathroom vanity, as well as a dry washcloth that had been used. The floors were dirty, and nothing had been dusted or sanitize because there was something sticky all over the shelf above the coffee maker. Even after maintenance came to try to fix the door and the AC we ended up having to be moved to another room and it was dirtier than the first. I would suggest some housekeeping training because this place is dirty.

We had a comfortable, pleasant...

Liked: The room was very spacious. Having a kitchenette was a bonus. Enjoyed the large bathroom with walk in shower. Nice location close to amenities & downtown area. The roof pool was nice surprise. Breakfast options were good.
Disliked: The laundry inside the gymnasium. The room wasn’t serviced as often as we thought it would be. The room was quite dark better lighting would make the space brighter.

Worth the money. Lovely accomodation....

Disliked: Little further from downtown than expected, but quieter so that was good. Scooters did the trick getting downtown and back.

A Great vacation spot.

Liked: The hotel was well kept and comfortable. The room was spacious and attractive. The evening staff was outstanding. Specifically Kerrian and Linda. They were very professional and friendly. Additionally, they were very responsive to any questions or needs. The restaurant staff was also very pleasant. Joshua, the server who took care of us during breakfast, was outstanding and reflected a very positive image for the hotel.
Disliked: The morning front desk staff appeared unfriendly. Had we encountered them when we arrived, our perception of the hotel would have been less favorable.
